Gillingham Football Club mourns the loss of former player Pat Terry, who has passed away after a short illness.

Terry signed for the Gills for £4000 from Swansea City in September 1958, playing 108 league matches and scoring 60 goals from Centre Forward, before being sold to Northampton Town in July 1961.
Terry was known for his big strong presence and bullet like headers, and enjoyed long stints at Millwall, Reading and Swindon Town.
Terry sadly passed away today in a hospice in London, he was 73.
